- Why does ReGrid require authorization?
This is industry standard and necessary for the grid operator. The authorization enables us to handle the necessary coordinations, registrations, and acceptances with the grid operator.
- Does the storage system affect my own electricity consumption or my operations?
No. Technically, the storage system is completely separate from the building and your own consumption. It neither intervenes in your peak loads nor affects your electricity consumption or operational processes.
- What happens if I need my grid capacity again later?
We will find a solution. The contracts are designed to be flexible—we can dismantle or relocate the storage system if you would like to use the capacity yourself again.
- How safe are the battery storage systems?
The systems meet the highest safety standards and are delivered including fire protection (e.g., integrated fire suppression system). All components are certified, tested, and comply with current regulations.
- I do not know my connection capacity.
No problem – we will identify the available data as part of the potential analysis and assist with clarification with the grid operator.
- I am a tenant, not the owner. Is this offer still relevant for me?
